Hon. Ebenezer Dadzie is the current District Chief Executive for the Shama District Assembly.He holds a Bachelor of Commence. (B. COM.) from the University of Cape Coast and a Higher National Diploma from the Cape Coast Polytechnic.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Prior to his appointment to the position of the Hon. District Chief Executive of the Shama District, he was the Principal Accountant at the Volta River Authority, Takoradi Thermal Power Station, located in Aboadze within the Shama District. Hon. Ebenezer has a deep wealth of experience in the public work especially, the field of accounting. He is an accomplished accountant with over 19 years of experience in the accounting field.

POLITICAL BACKGROUND

In terms of political activism, Hon. Ebenezer Dadzie has distinguished himself in various positions.

In the 2020 General Election, he was the overall coordinator of the elections and led the constituency to a resounding victory, leading to the election of the Hon. Member of Parliament for the NPP in the Constituency.

His commitment extended to a level that he became the prolific Constituency Research and Election Officer, a position through which he earned the admiration of all-party leadership and enthusiasts. He also participated in national level events of the party where he served as the Constituency Campaign Coordinator for the then Presidential Candidate of the party (Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo) from 2010 to 20215.

Hon. Ebenezer Dadzie is the people’s man and this won him the enviable position of the Constituency Secretary of our Party, the Ruling New Patriotic Party, and served as a Polling Station Secretary for several years.

He is a conscientious, versatile and goal-oriented man who always desires to contribute to the achievement of goals, mission and vision of any organization or institution he works for.

The Shama District is proud to have him as the political and administrative head and all staff throw their unflinching support behind him to achieve the best of development for the people.
