NADMO in collaboration with KEDA embarked on Tree Planting exercise within Shama District

Tree planting exercise was organized by the Volta River Authority (VRA) in collaboration with Shama District Assembly, KEDA Ceramics and Shama Secondary School (SHASS) which about three hundred (300) seedlings were planted to rebuild the environment in the above companies and school compounds.

The occasion was graced by the Regional Minister, Regional Coordinating Council, the District Chief Executive, District Police Commander, District Fire Service Commander, National Ambulance Services, Nananom and workers from the companies. About 500 trees (seedlings) were also distributed to the communities, district wide for planting.
