WASTE MANAGEMENT EXERCISE, SHAMA DISTRICT.

Sanitation Improvement Package (SIP) program has been carried out efficiently, Cleansing of the Central Business District and the timely removal of central refuse containers to the final waste disposal site has been successfully done. The transfer sites were also regularly cleaned to satisfaction. There are currently 17 central refuse containers and 14 container sites. Three central refuse containers were also donated to two communities, Aboadze and Abuesi by TICO Company.

CLEAN-UP EXERCISES

Clean-up exercises were carried out in some communities, Abuesi, Lower & Upper Inchaban, Beposo, Old Daboase Junction etc.
